We’re bringing back the Senior Fish Fry on April 27, 2018!
In years past, the Seniors were treated to a wonderful Fish Fry – typically cooked by Chef Dr. John Ventura. After a year of pestering, we finally have a date. Friday April 27th, 2018 – noonish. We will need volunteers to set up and clean up. All ECE students are invited to the frying of the catfish – and faculty who are really nice to us.
Show up so we can answer the questions:
What apron will Dr. Ventura wear?
Will Dr. Welch eat all of the hushpuppies?
Will we make the MEs, ChemEs, and Civils cry because of our awesomeness?
